Sweden based Medisqin Clinic offers advanced skincare, medical aesthetics, vaccinations,specializing in Botox, fillers, skin revival, and medical weight loss with a focus on natural results. They also offer health check-ups, Asian Head Spa treatments, and private events. The clinic is run by licensed doctors using high-quality products.

The challenge

Medisqin Clinic faced the need for a professional and user-friendly website that could effectively guide visitors, simplify the booking process, and establish credibility with potential clients. Their existing online presence lacked the clarity and structure needed to support customer decisions. The challenge was to create a clean, trustworthy design with clear messaging and an intuitive FAQ section that would reduce repetitive inquiries, improve conversion rates, and encourage more people to book consultations.

We began with a competitor analysis and developed a sitemap to optimize navigation. Usability testing followed, identifying pain points, best practices, and user needs.Research insights were translated into wireframes for early feedback and iteration.

A pre-built template provided a solid foundation while allowing customization. High-fidelity prototypes in Figma ensured smooth navigation and booking flows before development.
